Simply call or email us with information about your property, postcode and requirements, and we will provide you with a quote.
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your property working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
No it is not required, we are experts and trust our experience to provide the quote. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Cleaning supplies are included by default.
However, if you don’t want us to use ours and prefer to supply your own for any particular reason then please advise the cleaners on arrival.
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a service level guarantee that we adhere to.
SCHEDULING QUESTIONS
We cannot guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day and if it can be worked into our schedule we can often provide this service.
If you are not able to be there please ensure someone is there to explain the areas that have been booked.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
Depending on whether you are an account customer, or one time payment. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
We offer both single clean and payment or ongoing contracts – whatever suits your requirements.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
